Il nostro hotel si trova direttamente sul mare di Pineto e la tua vacanza inizia così, tra il profumo dei pini e lo splendore del mare.
All’arrivo nel nostro 3 stelle ti accoglierà una veranda ampia e fresca che si affaccia proprio sulla piazza pedonale più caratteristica del paese: la piazzetta della piccola Stazione Ferroviaria di Pineto, a 30 m dal corso principale e di fronte all’accesso al mare, nel pieno centro del paese. Nessun altro hotel ha questa caratteristica nel paese: siamo su una piazzetta chiusa al traffico. L’accesso al mare è di fronte alla veranda dell’hotel. La pineta si può raggiungere in carrozzina, in bicicletta, facendo le scale o addirittura prendendo un ascensore!
In hotel l’atmosfera è rilassata: i tenui colori del mare e della spiaggia ti accompagneranno ad ogni passo dalla hall curata e accogliente, fino ai salotti dedicati alla lettura o al relax.

OUR STORY REACHES BACK A LONG WAY
Hotel Italia was the first hotel to be built in Pineto, back in 1930. We are right in the historic centre of Pineto, on a pretty little pedestrian square. The history of the Hotel Italia spans generations and began with the founders, the Sacchini family, and was continued in 1994 by the Brocco-Zacchei family.
Nowadays, just as in the past, when the hotel was founded, we strive to ensure that our guests experience timeless experiences, memories of summers spent by the sea, swimming or sunbathing. We love to create beautiful moments for you and your family to enjoy.
