Hotel Italia is located in the heart of Pineto, in the province of Teramo, on the Abruzzo coast along the Adriatic Sea. The location is ideal: facing the pedestrian square of the train station, just 30 meters from beach access and 30 meters from the main street. The entire town center is walkable. The Atri-Pineto exit on the A14 motorway is only 2 km away.

The hotel does not have a private car park, but the largest public parking area in Pineto is located just 30 meters away, partially free of charge. All guests have been able to find parking so far. The car park tends to fill up in the morning and empties out in the afternoon: if you arrive during peak hours, we recommend using the paid spaces temporarily.

No, Hotel Italia is located outside the ZTL (Limited Traffic Zone) and is easily accessible by car without any restrictions. You can pull up directly beside the hotel in the loading/unloading area to drop off your luggage, then park in the large public car park just 50 meters away.

The hotel's reserved beach area is 200 meters away on foot. The path is entirely pedestrian, passing through Pineto's historic pine forest with no roads to cross.

For B&B stays, you can reserve a beach umbrella at our reserved beach for a small supplement, subject to availability.

For each room booked on Full Board or Half Board, the following are included:

• 1 beach umbrella, 1 deck chair and 1 sun bed
• Reserved showers (cold water)

• Changing room/storage area

An additional sun lounger can be rented for €5 per day. Front-row umbrellas are available for €15 per day and can be requested when booking.

Beach service is valid per calendar day (morning to evening, not across two days).

Yes, Wi-Fi is free and covers all areas of the hotel: rooms, common areas, and outdoor areas. The fiber optic network and hotspot system were updated in 2026.

Yes, Hotel Italia welcomes small and medium-sized dogs and cats (under 10 kg), subject to prior request and confirmation. A one-time supplement of €50 applies for deep cleaning of the room. A brief set of house rules is provided at the time of booking to ensure a pleasant stay for all guests.

Yes, pets are welcome at the hotel's reserved beach and may stay under the umbrella with their owners, as long as they are supervised and kept on a lead. Pineto is part of a marine protected area: during certain periods of the year, local regulations may restrict dogs on the beach.
